Participation Disclaimer & Media Waiver (Maryland)
Welcome to Restoration Nation Church. By visiting our website, registering for any service or event, attending in person, or participating in any digital experience provided by Restoration Nation Church (“RNC”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These terms apply to you and any minor child(ren) accompanying or registered by you.
Participation & Assumption of Risk
Restoration Nation Church offers worship services, prayer, prophetic ministry, deliverance sessions, interviews, counseling, training, and special events designed to strengthen faith and spiritual growth. Participation in these activities may involve physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual experiences.
By participating, you understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, you agree to release and hold harmless Restoration Nation Church, its pastors, leadership, ministers, staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities that may arise from participation—whether in person or online.
This includes, but is not limited to:
● Physical contact during ministry
● Emotional or spiritual responses
● Prophetic words, prayer, or deliverance ministry
● Public or private statements made during ministry
This waiver does not apply in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Definition of “Premises” & Participation
For this disclaimer, “Participation” includes both physical and digital involvement, such as:
● Church campuses and rented venues
● Off-site gatherings or outreach locations
● Livestreams, Zoom sessions, video or phone ministry
● Social media broadcasts and rebroadcasts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Your participation—no matter the format—signifies agreement with this disclaimer.
Media & Recording Consent
Restoration Nation Church often captures photos, videos, livestreams, and audio for ministry and promotional use.
By entering any RNC environment or participating digitally, you grant permission for your image, voice, likeness, or appearance to be:
● Photographed
● Filmed
● Livestreamed
● Recorded
● Used in promotional, educational, archival, or ministry-related content
You understand and agree that:
● No compensation will be provided
● You waive any right to inspect or approve media
● All content belongs exclusively to Restoration Nation Church
This includes minors under your care.
Consent for Minors
If you register or attend with minor child(ren), you confirm that:
● You are the legal parent or guardian
● You have full authority to consent on their behalf
● The same terms and media release apply to them
Voluntary Agreement
By continuing on this website or participating in any Restoration Nation Church experience, you confirm:
● Your participation is voluntary
● You understand the nature of spiritual ministry
● You agree to the full terms of this disclaimer and waiver
If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in our services, events, or digital platforms.
